HDFC Bank, India’s largest private bank, declares a final dividend of Rs 13 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, making the total dividend payout for FY26 Rs 15.50 per share. The record date for shareholder eligibility is June 19, 2026. The bank also plans to make changes to its Employee Stock Incentive Plan 2022.
