However, in the scooter space Hero Motocorp has managed to gain only 12% share and is third in the race behind Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) and TVS Motor Company who have a market share of 60% and 15% respectivel
The manufacturer also aims to bring new products in India in the coming years, which will help them to cater to a wider customer base in the Indian domestic market.
In last 6 years, the demand of automatic scooter has increased at a rapid pace and due to this 35 percent of the domestic two wheeler segment is ruled by automatic scooters.
