GST New Rates

The Centre has re-notified the 2023 Women’s Reservation Act, with April 16 as the effective date. There are concerns that the NDA may not have enough votes to pass the related Constitution amendment Bills, which require a special majority from both Houses of Parliament. The NDA is currently short of the required strength and may face rejection from the Opposition.
