Navi Mumbai is set to witness a major improvement in daily commuting with the approval of a new 28-km integrated metro corridor connecting key areas of the city, including the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. This project, estimated to cost around ₹5,575 crore, will benefit around 12 lakh commuters and reduce traffic congestion while promoting sustainable urban mobility.
