The Centre plans to extend VGF and IIPDF schemes till FY31 with modifications to support infrastructure projects, particularly in the social sector. More assistance will be provided to states under the IIPDF Scheme to develop a pipeline of PPP projects. The pipeline includes 852 projects and showcases the government’s efforts to use private capital and expertise for development.
