The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has received approval for its IPO through an offer for sale (OFS) worth $2.5 billion. Existing shareholders, including Temasek Holdings and Life Insurance Corporation of India, are expected to sell 4-4.5% of their stake. The exchange’s current market capitalization in the unlisted market is Rs 5.26 lakh crore.
