HCL Technologies reported a 4% rise in net profit and a 12.3% increase in revenue for the fourth quarter of FY26. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 24 per share and slashed its growth guidance for FY27. It also reported a net addition of 802 employees and a decline in share price. In Q3 FY26, the company’s consolidated net profit declined 11% YoY, while its revenue grew 13.3%.
