Larsen & Toubro’s subsidiary, L&T Realty Properties, has acquired International Green Scapes for Rs 1,123 crore in an all-cash deal. This strengthens L&T’s real estate presence in Gurugram, with IGSL becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of both L&T Realty Properties and L&T. The acquisition will help L&T leverage IGSL’s land assets to expand its development portfolio.
