Adani Energy Solutions has made a significant move by acquiring Intellismart Infrastructure for Rs 3,050 crore, as the Indian government aims to replace 25 crore conventional meters under the Smart Meter National Programme. This deal is expected to bring in a revenue opportunity of Rs 30,000 crore and make Adani Energy the largest smart metering platform in India with over 4.7 crore smart meters.
