Former Miss India Manasvi Mamgai, who is currently campaigning for Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump, on Monday said that his election to the White House would benefit India more than Hillary Clinton. Mamgai, who is in New York City, campaigning for the blonde billionaire believes that India needs a businessman in the current scenario and hence Trump is a better choice than Former First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton. She further stated that it was ‘amazing’ that Indians and Hindus were being given such importance at the United States National elections.

Meanwhile, Indo-Ameican Industrialist Shalabh Kumar, who is also in New York City to campaign for Donald Trump, said that the republican candidate did not have to stand for the US Presidency. He was of the opinion that Trump is doing everything he is, due to his love and concern for America and humanity. Kumar also repeated Trump’s slogan which was intended to appeal to the Indian and ‘Hindu’ community. Speaking for “people” he said that it is what they wanted after the Modi Sarkar already at the helm in India. “Abki Baar Trump Sarkar”, he said.

Kumar said that they all wanted the 21st century to be the Indi-American century. Kumar was also of the opinion that Trump was “very strong” on his stance of stopping terrorism that the world is currently facing. Speaking about Democrat Hillary Clinton’s policies, he said that it may be immigration, trade, Indian/Hindu Americans, defence- no policy that the former Secretary of State was proposing was pro-India.
