US President Donald Trump will celebrate his 71st birthday on Wednesday. This will be Trump’s first birthday since taking over the Oval Office in January this year. According to the Washington Post, Donald Trump is likely to celebrate his birthday quietly in the White House. The First Lady of the United States Melania Trump and his son Barron Trump shifted to the White House on Sunday. Melania and Barron had been living in Trump Tower in New York City in New York till now, Washington Post reported. Before becoming the President, Donald Trump had a penchant for large-scale birthday bashes, which were attended by a host of celebrities.

However, on policy front, President Trump is facing a lot of flak globally after he pulled out of the Paris Climate Change Agreement. Tesla co-founder Elon Musk, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Google CEO Sundar Pichai had been very critical of the US President for opting out of the key climate accord, according to the Indian Express.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has said that India is committed to its commitments made at in Paris will be meeting US President Trump later this month. Trump has invited PM Modi to Washington DC. The Prime Minister will be in Washington on June 25 and June 26. The President and PM Modi will meet at the White House on June 26.

Meanwhile, In New Delhi, members of the Hindu Sena celebrated Trump’s birthday by cutting a cake at the iconic Jantar Mantar in the city. Hindu Sena members called the US President ‘saviour of humanity’, according to an India Today report.
