It seems that ghost of Donald Trump’s past is going to haunt him for a while. A week after a 2005 video showing Trump making obscene remarks against women was widely circulated and censured, another video brought out by CBS news from 1992 could cause a jerk to the Republican candidate’s campaign.
In the video, Trump can be heard talking to a little girl who is going up on an escalator at the Trump Tower.
“You going up the escalator?,” Trump is heard asking. “Yeah,” the girl replies.
“I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe that?” Trump is heard saying reportedly to the camera.
This video comes at a time when the masses were yet to recover from the misogyny and commodification showed by him the last video.
After the first video that was released by The Washington Post, Trump received much flak for his comments and demeanour. For which he apologised in the second Presidential Debate by saying that it was a “locker-room” conversation and was embarrassed about it.
In that video, Trump, then a reality TV star, is heard talking on an open microphone about groping females and trying to seduce a married woman. The video was taped only months after Trump married his third wife, Melania.
Strategists in a recent Reuters equity poll mostly viewed an election victory on November 8 by Clinton as more positive for stocks until year end, largely because her positions are well known.
The New York Times newspaper reported on Thursday that two women talked about being touched inappropriately by Trump almost three decades ago. One of the women said in a video that Trump groped her during a flight. The Republican candidate’s spokesman responded calling the article ‘fiction.’
