Australia's Foreign Minister, Bob Carr confirmed of a conclusive dialogue on the civil nuclear cooperation agreement with India after reviewing the outcome of Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard's visit to the country in October 2012. Addressing reporters in New Delhi today as part of the 8th India-Australia Framework Dialogue, Carr announced the decision and added that both countries are committed to work on shared security challenges. Carr also said that India and Australia would continue to cooperate as members of the G20. Echoing similar views, India's Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid refrained from setting a deadline for completing the negotiations, however he said that they would be dealt with urgency.
