Trading at the Bombay stock exchange today closed 33.13 points down to stand at 19,390.97. At the National Stock exchange the Nifty closed 1.50 points up to stand at 5908.90. Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services ltd and Adani powers Ltd were among the top gainers with an increase of 5.34 percent and 5.17 percent, along with Vijaya Bank ltd and Oriental bank of commerce with an increase of 5.09 percent and 5.08 percent respectively, while the top losers include Pantaloon Retail ltd and Titan Industries ltd with a decrease of 5.10 percent and 3.48 percent along with Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd and Hexaware Technologies ltd with a decrease of 2.79 percent and 2.59 percent at the close of the markets. The Indian currency is up 0.03 percent at 54.41 Rs per dollar.
