Westin Hyderabad launches well-being campaign

Mumbai : The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace is opening its doors to the public as part of the global launch of the Westin Well-being Movement, a campaign designed to enhance the well-being of guests and associates around the world.

The year-long initiative, US$15 million campaign will introduce a string of innovative partnerships and programmes across Westin’s six brand pillars: sleep well, eat well, move well, feel well, work well and play well. The launch coincides with the International Day of Happiness and Well-being and the Spring Equinox – traditionally recognised as the season of renewal.

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace will be welcoming guests, associates and consumers to experience the brand’s signature well-being programmes, including a five kilometer run involving associates, corporate and resident guests to launch The Westin Well-Being Movement. The run will be followed by a 10 minutes meditation, yoga session by Shalin Jose, manager, Heavenly Spa and guests also have an option to enjoy a fun fitness session by the cross fit team - Programme that focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace will also be launching a unique Detoxifying Wellness Programme for guests.

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace is one of 200 Westin Hotels & Resorts around the world to invite guests and non-guests to experience a world of well-being.
