Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag, the explosive Indian batsmen who used to tear apart bowlers with their fours and sixes, are now hitting out of the park off the field too. Virender Sehwag is a star on Twitter now, with his sarcastic and tongue-in-cheek tweets and replies. His words are as entertaining as his sixes. Sehwag has teased and mocked many cricketers while he was at it. Unfortunately, it was no Sachin’s day and he fell for Sehwag’s troll, and what ensued was a funny banter.

The exchange began when Sachin praised Team India for the victory over New Zealand in the second Test. India beat New Zealand by 178 runs on October 4, in the second Test match at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens stadium. Sachin congratulated team India for also regaining the top spot in International Test rankings. He wrote on Twitter, “A spectacular victory by Team India & many congratulations on regaining the no 1 position in the world test cricket!! #INDvNZ” Meanwhile, Sehwag, who was a commentator during the match wanted to win some compliments from the master, asked for it, to which Sachin totally obliged. And here is what happened later:

As evident, when it comes to trolling, Virender Sehwag spares no one. Not even God. Meanwhile, the Indian cricket team has reclaimed the rank one status after their comprehensive 178-run win in the 2nd Test at Kolkata, against New Zealand. In the series India now has an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
