Express Technology Sabha 18th edition: ‘9 pillars of Digital India’

    The 18th edition of India’s premier e-governance forum, the Express Technology Sabha, which kicked off on Thursday at The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort, Goa, was a record-breaking gathering of key practitioners of e-governance from all over India.
    The theme of the 18th edition of the event was ‘9 Pillars of Digital India’.

    The event was inaugurated by chief guest Rajeev Chandrasekhar, MP, Rajya Sabha, in the presence of dignitaries such as R Chandrashekhar, President, Nasscom; Shankar Aggarwal, secretary, ministry of labour & employment; Srivatsa Krishna, secretary, Dept of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology; and Anant Goenka, wholetime director & head – New Media, The Indian Express.

    “Currently, we don’t have a comprehensive policy on IoT in India,” said Rajeev Chandrasekhar. “The government should address this.”
