  • Kuldeep Yadav has become the new face of Indian spin bowlers. His hattrick in the second ODI between India and Australia helped the Men in Blue beat the Aussies by a massive 50 runs. Dubbed as the mystery man of the Indian side, Yadav sent Matthew Wade, Ashton Agar and Pat Cummins back to the pavilion in quick succession to help India get a 2-0 lead in the five-match ODI series and most probably has ensured India win the series and lift the trophy.   • 1) Kuldeep Yadav, born on December 14, 1994, is the first 'chinaman' that India has produced at the international level in its 82-long years history, as per SportsKeeda. (Reuters)

  • 2) Son of a brick kiln owner from Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, Kuldeep started his career as a fast arm bowler but on his coach's advice, the 22-year-old switched to a left-arm unorthodox one. (PTI)

  • 3) As a 17-year-old, Yadav for the first time wore the Blue jersey. As he was selected for India Under-19 team but missed the 2012 World Cup. He was later picked for India Under-19 World Cup 2014 team where Yadav became the first Indian bowler to take a hattrick at the under 19 level. (PTI)
