The dream of developed nation only be fulfilled, when governments keep strict watch on Corruptions and Communalism. So far BJP and Congress failed to controlled. Now it is in the hands of new government with good governance.

Do you think that awards/functions be initiated through National Commission for Women/various ministeries/apex chambers etc. As of now only successful, educated and elite women's have been largely aknowledged. Do you agree? That the best contraceptive is female literacy, has been championed by some. Do you agree, especially in a country like India, which needs to control its population on war footing. How do you think this can be achieved and how can educated and successful women help in that? What, according to you, would be the role of women entreprenuers and professional women in this and how can their role be intensified? And what is the best medium to highlight role models? Why do you think very few women reach up to the board level in companies? Do you think that higher efficiencies in foreign banks is largely due to larger women worforce (54 per cent) at managerial level. Do you think women are more efficient, are capable of multitasking and less prone to corruption? Or do you think these things unnecessarily create a gender bias? What, according to you, has lead to only a couple of women reaching upto the level of CMDs in PSUs and PSU Bank?
