US Justice Dept to probe Starr
The US Justice department will probe whether Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr violated rules in clinching an immunity deal with Monica Lewinsky, amidst reports that Starr was planning to haul up President Clinton before the courts even after his acquittal by the Senate.
