NEW DELHI, January 17: Even as traders breathed a sigh of relief with the cargo loaders at the Indira Gandhi International Airport calling off their 32-day old strike on Friday, losses for the strike period mounted to around Rs 60 crore.This includes the loss of potential customs revenue as well as the loss to airlines who did not flew in cargo. The 1,100 workers agreed to call off their strike after the contractors began making fresh recruitments. The workers also dropped their demands for a hike in wages.
