June 11: The 40 day-old agitation by the Vissanji Academy Parents Association (VAPA) has been temporarily toned down, following an assurance from the trustees that they will consider the parents' demands to form a VAPTA (Vissanji Academy Parents Teachers Association). Since May 1, parents of students at this institution have been vociferously protesting against an unjustified fee hike.
