Farooq tries upping ante on Pak terror
  J&K chief minister Farooq Abdullah has decried India’s tendency to look towards the US, rather than give a fitting reply to Pak-sponsored terrorism. “This is one problem we need to solve on our own,” Mr Abdullah said, speaking at the Ficci AGM here on Thursday.
Govt rules out spot market for power trading
  The government on Thursday ruled out creation of a spot market for power trading, saying the country’s economy is not yet ripe for such experiments.
