Johnson Wax Professional on Tuesday said, it would buy the institutional
and industrial cleaning business of Anglo-Dutch consumer products
group Unilever Plc for $1.6 billion to expand its product line
and international reach. |

Ltd has entered into a collaborative agreement with the US-based
Incyte Genomics Inc, a leading genomic information company,

Charter
rates down on low crude offtake |

The low offtake of crude due
to the dismal economic scenario globally has softened the tanker
charter rates in the Suezmax and Aframax tanker segment. The
low offtake comes even as crude prices have declined to as low
as $19 per barrel before recovering to around $22 per barrel. |
