Superb Internet to set up global back-end tech support in India

Our eFE Bureau in New Delhi

US-based Superb Internet Corporation, an Internet solutions company, has entered India to explore the local market for its services and to set up its global back-end technical support operations.

The company recently tied up with Delhi-based Momentum Infocare to offer its services in the Indian market. Momentum will also help Superb set up technical support operations in India for its worldwide clients.

Momentum Infocare director Sanjay Agrawal told The Financial Express that his company was already running a technical support centre pilot for Superb with a small team of engineers.

“The aim of the US company is to set up a full fledged network operating centre (NOC) in India, as it would provide cost and time advantage,” he said.

Superb offers hosting solutions which include server clustering, load balancing and high traffic download services on a 24x7 basis. It also offers primary services like shared Web-hosting, data-centre, managed services, co-location of dedicated servers, application services, VPN & firewall and security solution services.
