of the 2,184 mw Dabhol power project in a fortnight. The process,
aimed at assessing the right price for buying 85 per cent stake
in the Enron-promoted DPC, will be completed by January. |

seeks refund of Rs 1,200 cr from DPC |

The MSEB on Monday appealed
to the Bombay High Court that DPC be ordered to pay it an amount
of Rs 1,200 crore towards the excess payment of capacity charges
during May 1999 and April 2001. |
