Qatalys Software in pact with Chandamama

Our eFE Bureau in Chennai

Chennai-based Qatalys Software Technologies has signed an agreement with Chandamama India Ltd (CIL), the publishing house of children’s magazine Chandamama, to develop 2D animation stories from its archives.

According to the agreement, Qatalys will do the pre-production and the post-production at their studios, which involves story development, character development and voice-overs. “We are getting the archive of stories into different media and tying up with Qatalys Software to make the transition from print media to technology media”, said Mr B Viswanatha Reddy, managing director of Chandamama India, in a press statement. The content management company is planning to enter other mediums like syndicates, Internet and TV serials by forging tie-ups with the best players in each media.
