SAP offers latest version of mySAP CRM in Asia

Global e-business solutions provider SAP AG will double the strength of its software development Centre (SDC) at Bangalore by adding 500 professionals in the next 12-18 months.
Mr DV Jagadish, director (marketing & alliances), SAP India Private Ltd said SDC had 500 persons, with over 40 per cent involved in formulating CRM tools and the Centre was also working on products for the automotive sector.
He added that the centre, which is involved in localising global products for South Asian region, would soon begin development of software products for high technology areas. — PTI

SAP, the leading provider of e-business software solutions, has launched the latest version of mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) for its Asian customers. Mr Satyavrath Krishnaswamy, director business development-CRM SAP Asia said that with this version companies would be able to integrate across the enterprise with the open architecture of mySAP CRM that works with both SAP and non-SAP applications.

The non-SAP applications include supply chain management (SCM), product life-cycle management and human life-cycle management. mySAP CRM is currently available in more than 20 languages, from Korean to Chinese and Greek to Thai and its latest version includes more than 100 ‘out of the box’ business processes with operational, collaborative and analytical CRM capabilities that facilitate effective implementations.
