Channel V to exclusively air Jackson’s new video

Mumbai, Sept 17: STAR India will focus on Channel V this year and is going to premiere Michael Jackson’s new video exclusively on the music channel.

The King of Pop will rock on Channel V for the first two days of his launch of his new video on September 21 and September 22. Mr Jackson’s single ‘You Rock My World’ from the album that took almost six years in the making - Invincible - will be premiered exclusively on the channel simultaneously with the global launch of the video.

Technology arrangements are being done by Channel V’s Hong Kong telecast centre who will take in the feed direct from the US, when Mr Jackson gives his first video for airing. Sony Music Entertainment and Epic Records have announced the worldwide release. The album will arrive in-store internationally on October 29 and in the US and Canada on October 30. Sony has associated with Channel V for the premier of the new single.
