Toshali
Resorts lines up new business plans
Our Corporate Bureau
Mumbai, Aug 31: In a bid to consolidate
its position in the hospitality industry, Toshali Resorts
International has embarked on new business plans like property
expansion, new alliances and special offers for holiday-makers
in the festive season.
The company plans to build nine additional resorts over the
next nine years. The investment per resort will be in the
range of around Rs 7 to Rs 10 crore excluding the cost of
the land. According to Toshali Resorts International marketing
director Harihar Patra, “Funding of the new projects will
be through internal resources and limited borrowing from financial
institutions.” These resorts will be need-driven and every
possible facility will be provided to fulfil the customer
need, according to a company release. Keeping in mind Toshali’s
belief in hospitality of the highest quality rather than quantity,
these properties will be medium-sized with 50 to 75 rooms.
According to Toshali Resorts International managing director
T Banambar Patra, “We want to make Toshali one of the pillars
of the hospitality industry in India. Our aim is to contribute
to the socio-economic goals of the society by developing quality
timeshare holiday resorts as our core business with a committed
customer-satisfied approach.” According to Mr Patra, to achieve
this ambitious plan, the management has instituted a special
task force for an improved and efficient manpower structure.
