Tata Tele to kick off services in eight circles

Vijayawada, Aug 31: Tata Teleservice Limited (TTL) has received 15 Letters of Intent and would introduce its services in eight circles across the country by the end of the current fiscal year, according to its CEO Ajay Pandey. TTL has so far invested Rs 1,100 crore in Andhra Pradesh and created a capacity of 18,000 lines with four cell sites in the city, Mr Pandey told newspersons here on Friday. TTL launched its services in Hyderabad on March 31, 1999 and plans to expand its operations to 11 other cities of Andhra Pradesh in the next two years, he said. It has its services at Vijayawada, Guntur and Visakhapatnam too.
