The review of the Trade-Related
Investment Measures agreement has been adversely affected by
the reluctance of the US and the European Union to participate
in it, said a commerce ministry note.
After Standard and Poor’s and
Moody’s, it is now the Comptroller and Auditor General which
has highlighted weaknesses of the Indian economy by stating
that “central finances are more vulnerable now than before”.
