The PIL, filed by the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) and Nav-Gujarat Banks Customers Protection Council, was admitted by a division bench comprising of Chief Justice DM Dharmadhikari and Justice PB Majmudar. The division bench fixed the final hearing on April 24.
