Immense potential in knowledge management, says expert Dr Alfred Z Spector, vice-president, services and software in IBM Research, has said that there existed immense potential in Knowledge Management if accuracy and usability were achieved. He was addressing a meeting organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Monday at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. "While there have been significant advancements in the last decade in this domain, many more technical advances based on ontology and statistics, were yet to come," he added. According to Dr Spector, with the massive amount of data currently available, and rise in Web-based search, exponential growth was expected in knowledge management.Gromax in pact with Tokono Gromax Infotech Pvt Ltd has entered into a selling and technical collaboration agreement with Tokono Inc of Chicago, US for setting up a chain of call centre training institutes across the country. Tokono Inc is one of the largest call centre training companies of the world, specialising in instructor-led, Web-based and CD ROM-based training using the latest learning techniques, according to press release in New Delhi on Monday.
