Exide unveils new tubular battery variant for inverters

Chandigarh, March 15 : Exide Industries Limited, launched an improved version of tubular batteries for inverters, featuring extra thin tube spines, no plugs, fully sealed case and a life-span of five to eight years. " We have developed a new generation of inverter batteries and see a big potential for this product in the region", said Mr Gautam Chatterji, director, Exide's Industrialunit.
