India Cements C&F unveils two interactive Websites

Chennai: With a view to providing a higher level of customer service and facilitating B2C transactions, the Chennai-based India Cements Capital & Finance Limited (ICCFL) has developed two interactive Websites, one for its finance services and the other for its travels division. The sites, besides giving an insight into the working results of the company, will also provide information on all its activities. They are likely to be launched within the next couple of weeks. Speaking to The Financial Express Mr Raveendra Kumbla, advisor to the company said, the finance service site would offer fund of information on all the activities of the company such as hire purchase, leasing, money changing, forex advisory and broking, National Stock Exchange share broking and domestic and international ticketing. And for the convenience of the customers who need clarifications the site also has interactive screens. He said "ready reckoners have also been provided on the site for rates of interest and maturity values of fixeddeposits under the various schemes and also for calculation of EMI for hire purchase and lease transactions." And for the registered users forex advisory services, latest forex exchange rates for all leading currencies and latest guidelines on forex matters will also be available, he added. Mr Kumbla said, the travel site of the company will give information to tourists on hotel reservations, car rentals and places of importance across the globe. It will also enable people to reserve air tickets (both domestic and international) online.
