Ganesh Natarajan joins Zensar Tech

Mumbai : MR Ganesh Natarajan, the former Managing Director of training andsoftware major Aptech Limited, joins Zensar Technologies as Deputy Chairmanand Managing Director on March 1,2001. Mr Natrajan had tendered hisresignation at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company heldrecently in Mumbai. Zensar Technologies Limited, is an infotech solutionsprovider with a focus on key technologies. Mr Natrajan's appointment comesin the wake of the proposed merger of Zensar with its holding company,Fujitsu ICIM. Once the proposed merger between Zensar and Funitsu ICIMformally take place, RPG and ICL plc will each hold a 30 per cent stake inthe company.
