Reliance takes Group Mediclaim Policy
In a major corporate deal, Reliance Industries has taken a Group Mediclaim Policy from New Delhi-based Oriental Insurance Company (OIC). Mumbai-based Paramount Health Care Management has been engaged as the third party administrator (TPA) for this multi-crore deal. Sun Pharma scouts for strategic partner
The Mumbai-based Sun Pharmaceuticals is scouting for a strategic partner for an entry into the European generics market as part of the company's long-term global generics gameplan, currently focused on the US. Company sources said that Sun Pharma will target the British and German generic markets and will use the MJ Pharma site to service these markets.
Inflation remains at 8.21 per cent
Despite the decline in prices of primary articles and manufactured products, the inflation rate based on the wholesale price index (WPI) remained static at its previous week's level of 8.21 per cent.
