New Delhi, Feb 13: The Delhi High Court will hear tomorrow applications of three Hinduja brothers, facing trial in Rs 64 crore Bofors payoff case, seeking permission to go out of the country. The matter will come up for hearing before Justice SK Agarwal, who had issued notice to CBI on February five after a preliminary hearing on separate applications by the three brothers - SP Hunduja, GP Hinduja and PP Hinduja - who were denied permission to go out of India by a designated CBI court after they appeared before it and also faced nine-day interrogation by the agency.
The three brothers have challenged the trial court order in the high court on the ground that they had co-operated fully with the CBI and would come back to face trial in the case. CBI counsel US Prasad said the agency in its affidavit had opposed the Hindujas' revision petitions on the same ground it had opposed in the trial court.
