Talisma completes $12.3 m second round funding
The Washington-headquartered Talisma Corporation has completed second round of private equity financing of $12.3 million to fund its growth in integrated electronic customer relationship management (ECRM) solutions. A leader in ECRM solutions, the company has over 400 clients all over the world. It had secured $31.5 million first round of funding last year, company chief executive officer and founder Pradeep Singh told newsmen over videoconference from Seattle. Most of the first round funding agencies which included Oak Investment Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Seapoint Ventures and Cedar Grove Investments have participated in the second round.Pugmarks in pact with Exodus Comm
