New Delhi : Effective marketing could be used as a strategy to export telecom technology from the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT) to developing countries, according to the Minister of Communications, Mr Ram Vilas Paswan. Mr Paswan added that most of the developing countries in the world have conditions similar to those in India and C-DoT technologies offer very cost effective and relevant solutions for such countries as they have an ability to work reliably in harsh non air-conditioned environment.Addressing the Members of the Consultative Committee attached to the Ministry of Communications here on Wednesday, Mr Paswan said that export of C-DoT products can be facilitated in the form of direct supply of equipment through any of its manufacturers.
