CS Soft develops e-learning engine

Hyderabad : While targeting the ASP market place, CS Software Enterprise Ltd (CSE), a software trainer under the brand name "NetGSC", has developed a unique e-learning engine for virtual training on a vertical platform. Initially, the portal will provide courseware on Information Technology, Medical, Hospitality industry, etc., according to Mr Ravi Vishnu, MD of the company. "We are negotiating with some the major content providers in US and expected to have tie-ups soon." Mr Vishnu said that the portal is expected to be operational in about six to eight months' time. The revenue model for the project would be subscription based, he added. The company is engaged in training the IT professionals in the Internet technologies, especially the corporate clients. It has been chosen by biggies like Wipro, Satyam, Metamor, etc., to upgrade the skills of their associates, Mr Vishnu said.

With the recently established three training centers in Hyderabad, the company has about nine of its own training centers andabout 31 franchisees. The company had plans to expand its franchisee network further, he said. Further to sustain the growth, the company is in the process of introducing new courses on emerging Microsoft technologies such as C#, courses on technologies related to software driven devices and real time operating system.
