BSE breather for Gujarat investors
BSE has taken the initiative to come to the rescue of quake victims and investors in the quake-ravaged state of Gujarat; it has decided to give one extra day for securities pay-in to those investors and also allowed its BOLT network to be used for the help of quake-affected people.

The bourses shaved off their earlier gains as profit taking erupted at the fag end of the day. They adopted wait and watch approach to take a trigger from the Fedral Reserve rate cut, due on Wednesday night.
