Tata Technologies announces Esop
Tata Technologies India Ltd (Tata Technologies) announced an employee stock option plan (Esop) and offered options for up to 10 per cent of its subscribed equity for its 1,100 employees in Mumbai on Wednesday. It also offered the preferential issue of its equity to all the employees, Tata Technologies said in a release. ``We have always believed that our people are our greatest assets and are keen that they should participate as co-owners and enhance and consolidate the company's position at high end of engineering automation, enterprise solutions and e-commerce marketplace'', Tata group chairman Mr Ratan Tata said.Ibhar enters into alliance with Genix of Australia
Ibhar Software, a Chennai-based CRM solution provider, has entered into a strategic alliance with Genix Pty Ltd of Australia to distribute, implement and support Ibhar products in Australia. Ibhar Softfare, expected to generate a revenue of Austalian $ 1 million through partnership with Genix, which has dedicated a five-member team to focus on Ibhar Software's flagship Ibhar Sales. The partnership is based on revenue sharing model, a company release said in Chennai on Wednesday.
