AP govt in pact with Dubai Ports Authority

Hyderabad: The government of Andhra Pradesh has entered into an agreement with Dubai Ports Authority to set up Information Technology institute to provide training in IT to the port personnel.The agreement was signed between Mr Obaid Saquer Busit, chairman UAE Customs Council and DG of Dubai Customs and Mr J Satyanarayana, secretary IT&C in the presence of AP chief minister Mr N Chandrababu Naidu and Mr Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Makktoum president of Dubai Department of Civil Aviation and Chairman of Emirate, according to a CMO communication. As per the agreement, three members team of IT experts from Andhra Pradesh will visit Dubai and prepare the action report in two weeks time frame.
