Mumbai, Jan 6: RPG Enterprises chairman Harsh Goenka has been inducted on the Foundation Board of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), at Lausanne, Switzerland.The other board members consist of several well-known managers like Nokia Mobile Phones president, Alahutta, IBM chairman (Europe, Middle East, Africa), L Stanca, and PricewaterhouseCoopers chairman Peter Weibel. IMD is amongst the world's leading management institutions, ranked third worldwide by The Financial Times in its annual survey of business schools providing executive education. IMD has been ranked second (behind only Harvard) on Career Progress of MBA Graduates which basically gauges increase in level of responsibility and size of the company in which graduates are employed from the start of their MBA to the current time. IMD also secured the top rank among the top 11 schools in "International Content of its MBA Program."
Every year, more than 4,000 executives from more than 70 countries attend one of the IMD executive programmes.
