JRD Tata award for Sundaram chief
New Delhi : The All India Management Association has conferred the prestigious JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award on Mr Suresh Krishna, CMD, Sundaram Fasterners Limited. As the sixth recipient of this award, Mr Krishna joins the distinguished galaxy of previous awardees comprising of Late Shri Aditya Bikram Birla, Mr Deepak Parekh, Mr N R Narayana Murthy, Dr R A Mashelkar & Mr Azim Premji.Instituted by the Tata Chem Golden Jubilee Foundation in 1995 and administered by the All India Management Association, the award carries a rolling trophy and a citation apart from cash component of Rs 2,00,000/-. The jury for the award was chaired by Mr T T Thomas, president AIMA & ED, FACT Ltd and included eminent people from various sectors of Business, Industry and Academia.
