Ariba in alliance with Dicarta
Ariba, a B2B e-commerce platform provider, announced on Wednesday that it is working with Dicarta Inc, the leader of Internet-based, contract and revenue management solutions, to help its customers reduce process complexity and costs involved in negotiating and developing contracts. This alliance is expected to provide Ariba's customers with the first end-to-end solution that allows the entire B2B transaction - including contract processes - to occur online.Wintech to open 300 more centres
Wintech computers has set up a target to open 300 more centres in the country by March 2001. According to corporate office spokesperson Mr Jashang Babu the centres would come up with the support of New York-based Web tech which has bought ten per cent stake in the company last month.
