Datapro education division to set up 100 more centres
Our eFE Bureau
Mumbai : Datapro-Computer education division is planning to set up 100 more training centres and cover 70 cities in addition to the existing 300 centres in 150 cities. Mr AD Narula, director Business Development Datapro Computer Education, says: "The aim of these centres is to provide high-end training to young professionals and help achieve the Indian IT export target of $50 billion by 2008."He says that Datapro has made significant investments in building up the international courses, course material and development programme. The faculty will be provided from their six expert centres located across the country. For this they have tied up with recruitment agencies and software houses. They have a network of Industry Interface Executives who approach the prospective software houses and business organisations. As per their requirements these industry executives would assess the profiles on their database. Once matched the candidates would be placed and if required decisions on additional training would be taken. Copyright © 2000 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
