Transtream Inc floats Indian subsidiary

Bangalore: Transtream Inc USA has launched Transtream India.com Limited (TICL), a company focusing on software solutions and training e-learning business.

Mr P K Padhi, CEO/Chairman said: "Our objective is to access the software goldmine from its source which is India. The sooner we access this goldmine, the better off we are here. Our focus in the training business is empowering IT knowledge."

The company will be executing two new concepts e-Netcom and m-netcom. Both of which are the result of the combination of the networking software with the integration of application software. The company will play the role of an e-ASP and they will be e-Networking as part of the total e-business solution.

They are targeting the US, Japan, and Europe and would sell the software that will be developed in India in these markets.
